German Apple Pancake

Tasty, but eggy - more than normal "German" or Dutch-baby pancakes I've had before. Also way too much nutmeg! Probably won't make again unless I cut back on both the egg and the nutmeg.

Hamburger Vegetable Soup

Great starter recipe. You can do so much with it and not mess it up! I used ground turkey instead of hamburger. My whole family really liked this recipe.
