My family LOVES these!!! My boys actually prefer these over regular french fries. Easy to make too.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I made this for a large crowd, and it was a HUGE hit! A nice change for spaghetti sauce and noodles. Kids and adults alike loved it! Definitely add the white wine for flavor though (we made it once at home without and we were disappointed).
