DELICIOUS! I didn't know if I'd care for the dressing, but it was so good. It went perfectly went the antipasto ingredients. I ended up switching the lettuce for pasta since I was taking it for a salad-themed party and nobody else was bringing a pasta salad; plus I just thought it sounded good to include pasta. I also added zucchini and artichoke hearts out of personal preference. I'll definitely be making this again.
Also, to blend the dressing so that the oil stays mixed in:
Stir together all the ingredients except the oil, then add a few drops at a time to the tomato sauce mixture, working up to a slow drizzle while you constantly stir, until all the oil is added. Your dressing will stay blended and not create a greasy surface on the pasta.
